What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile number, qualification, optional medical council number), learning activity (lessons watched, answers, notes), payment records and device/session information.

Why we use it

To provide your courses, personalise your study plan, protect content (watermarks and session limits), send reminders, and improve teaching quality.

AI tutor

Only your question text and relevant course excerpts are sent to our AI provider. Your name, email and phone number are never included. Conversations are stored so faculty can review answer quality.

Where data is stored

On servers in India (AWS ap-south-1) for the pilot. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and will comply with UK GDPR before a UK-market launch.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in your profile, withdraw consent, and request deletion from Profile → Delete my account. We complete requests within 30 days.
